In the Easter dessert with extra virgin olive oil and candied oranges there is not a gram of butter or milk derivatives. Dedicated to those who, every year, find themselves forced to give up the classic Colomba: with the Filippi Easter Cake everyone will be able to have their own, well-deserved, slice of dessert!

The EVO oil is produced by an Italian oil mill that uses only artisanal and non-invaded methods, in this way we can take advantage of a very high quality ingredient, which makes our leavened products very soft and fragrant. The oranges are candied naturally, like all the fruit used in the Pasticceria Filippi laboratory.
