The choice of less refined flours with wholemeal nuances and buckwheat make this dessert a reference of taste. The stone milling, in fact, according to ancient tradition, preserves the nutrients of the grain, thus enhancing the aroma and characterizing the flavor of the dough.

The use of cane sugar and the precious mix of citrus fruits give the dough a sweet and fresh spring connotation.

Decorated with a glaze with almond flour and sweet and delicate meringue nuggets for a dove that is beautiful to look at, good to taste, original to display on the party table.
