The idea seems to come from a Treviso baker who worked his bread dough with these ingredients, obtaining a soft and light dessert, to be given to relatives and friends on the occasion of the holidays.
The Offelleria Perbellini, respecting this Venetian tradition, proposes it covered with soft almond ice.
Ingredients: Type '0' soft wheat flour, sugar, butter, fresh eggs cat. A, hand-picked almonds, cocoa butter, natural yeast, emulsifier (mono-diglycerides of fatty acids), salt, corn flour, flavorings. It may contain traces of nuts and nuts.
