INGREDIENTS

Type 0 soft WHEAT flour, sugar, category A fresh EGGS, BUTTER (MILK), apricots 10%, hand-picked sweet and bitter ALMONDS, natural yeast, salt, emulsifiers (mono-diglycerides of fatty acids), sucrose, fructose , gelling agent: pectin, acidifier: citric acid, flavourings. May contain traces of DRIED FRUIT AND NUTS, SOY, SESAME SEEDS, PEANUTS and MUSTARD.

Born in the early 2000s as an alternative to the classic Christmas sweets, today it represents a flagship product within the Perbellini offer, to be enjoyed at any time of the year thanks to its lightness, capable of conquering adults and children thanks to its taste bewitching and its unmistakable packaging.

Its dough is made using only simple and natural ingredients, carefully selected by our pastry chefs, maintaining the same Perbellini quality year after year.
The main protagonists of this product are undoubtedly the drops of apricot jam and flaked almonds, which together create a delicious combination.
In this sweet the quantity of butter is less than that of a simple pandoro, in order to make the product lighter and also suitable for summer periods.

After cooking, the product is left to rest for several hours, before being hand-wrapped by our collaborators, completing an entirely artisanal cycle.
