INGREDIENTS:

Soft WHEAT flour type "0", sugar, fresh EGGS cat A, butter (MILK), natural yeast (WHEAT), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, flavorings, vanilla pods. May contain traces of DRIED and SHELL FRUIT, SOY, PEANUTS, SESAME SEEDS and MUSTARD.

The Perbellini donut is synonymous with the family, as it has always accompanied our customers' breakfasts and snacks, all year round. The product is in fact available throughout the year, as the dough, similar to that of pandoro given the absence of candied fruit, is made using less butter than Christmas leavened products, thus offering a lighter product, suitable for consumption even in summer.

Its dough is worked by our pastry chefs, ensuring the usual 48 hours of leavening, and then placed in the molds with the iconic hole in the center. After cooking, the dough is left to rest and then wrapped by hand.

The peculiar octagonal case makes this product an excellent gift idea, simple but tasty!
