Ingredients: Wheat flour type 0 and 00, fresh butter (16.60%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks (11.60%), water, sugar, natural refreshing yeast (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt , powdered milk, barley malt, powdered vanilla pods from the Bourbon Islands and Tahiti.

Filling: candied apricot cubes (20.00%) (apricots, glucose-fructose syrup, sifted sugar, acidifier: citric acid).

Icing: egg white, sugar, almonds (16%), hazelnuts, rice flour, corn starch, high oleic sunflower oil and almond essential oil, granulated sugar and crushed amaretto (3%) (sugar, type "0" wheat flour, powdered egg white, apricot kernels, corn starch, flavouring).

Contains gluten, milk, eggs, barley and soy.
