Ingredients: type 0 and 00 soft wheat flour, fresh butter (16.60%), pasteurized fresh egg yolks (11.60%), water, sugar, natural yeast (gluten), acacia honey, sea salt , milk powder, barley malt, vanilla pods from the Bourbon and Tahiti Islands.

Filling: orange peel (17.10%), mandarins (6.20%) and lemons (3.10%) (orange peel, lemons, mandarins, sugar, glucose, water).

Icing: sugar, egg white, hazelnuts (1.10%), white almonds, wheat flour 00, corn flour, corn starch, sugar grains.
