Precious alpine honey crystallized, with unique sensory qualities, it is very difficult to produce because of the changing weather conditions of high altitude; of a pale yellow color and light beige when crystallized, smell very delicate, slightly pungent, fresh watermelon and wet moss, the palate is medium-sweet and not very persistent, with hints of vegetable and berry jam.
