Pinot Grigio grapes are produced on Guyot plants on medium and high hills between 350 and 800 meters.
The very rich soils, deep and with a good content of clay and silt, originate from the erosion of the mountain above. The exhibits vary from south to south-west.
The fermentation of the must takes place at a controlled temperature almost exclusively in steel tanks and in small quantities in barrique.
Subsequently the wine matures for about four months on the lees, always separately as during fermentation.
Pinot Grigio has an intense straw yellow color, an aromatic floral bouquet that recalls acacia flowers, sage and hay, almonds and sandalwood and is enriched with aromas of linden flowers and honey after an adequate period in the bottle.
On the palate the wine conquers with its finesse, elegance and freshness.
Pinot Grigio gives its best after about three to four months of aging in the bottle. Wine is an ideal match for pasta, rice and cereal based dishes, vegetable dishes and grilled white meats without condiments.
