The grapes for this wine were harvested in small bins and then gently pressed off to steel tanks where the must was allowed to ferment at controlled temperature (19 ° C) without malolactic fermentation.

Pinot Bianco is part of the Burgundian Pinot family and is related to Pinot Grigio and the principal grape of Pinot family, Pinot Noir. As a wine, Pinot Blanc feels fresh and rich yet dry.
