LANDS
The Gewurztraminer vineyards are located in two areas: on the hills of Maso Warth, cultivated on calcareous soils with guyot systems to seek the maximum concentration of the fruit; on the conoid of the Sorni, cultivated as a pergola on clayey soils. This grape is usually harvested in the second half of September, when it gradually turns towards its characteristic pink color.

ROSE GOLDEN MUST
The hand-picked grapes are macerated in the press for a few hours where the must in contact with the skins absorbs the typical golden pink color and spicy notes. After pressing, the must ferments in steel vats at a controlled temperature and then refines in the vat on the lees until bottling.

AROMATIC PAR EXCELLENCE
Gewurztraminer is one of the most famous aromatic grape varieties. Our interpretation is aimed at enhancing the spicy olfactory aromas and exotic fruits. The natural alcohol content of this variety is balanced by the freshness and minerality deriving from our calcareous soils.
