A PLACE WITH A UNIQUE CHARM
Dry and windy climate, sandy clay soils with a high mineral content: at the foot of Monte Sole in Naturno, at an altitude of 600-900 meters, the Alpine and Mediterranean atmosphere intertwine and create a unique combination. The barren boulders create a beautiful contrast to the magnificent vines that thrive on the steep south and southwest facing slopes. While the sun shines during the day, the evening air currents cool the vineyards from the daytime heat. Almost ideal conditions for a wine region in South Tyrol.
In order for the wines to retain their exquisite flavor, they are aged in wooden barrels and stored in bottles for at least 365 days. The fermentation process lasts as long as possible to give them that unmistakable creamy aroma. Every year we try to bring out the peculiar terroir of the individual growth altitudes in the best possible way.
