Vinification Manual harvest and selection of grapes. Destemming of the grapes and subsequent slow fermentation at a controlled temperature, and delicate movement of the must in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation and aging for 7-10 months in large wooden barrels. Blending six months before bottling.

Character Color: intense garnet red with ruby reflections

Perfume: When tasting, the aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry typical of Merlot are perceived, combined with the noble spicy scent characteristic of Cabernet, bringing out a note of black pepper and vanilla pod.

Taste: This blend captivates the palate with a captivating symbiosis between the fruity flavour, the spicy and tannic taste of Cabernet, the fullness and complexity of Merlot. Simple pairings Grilled cutlet with ratatouille, venison medallions in schüttelbrot crust with rye and wheat dumplings, cutlet with grilled vegetables or venison stew with rice pilaf.
