Production area
The grapes are grown in the "Girlan" sub-area on the Oltradige hills, at a height of 450 - 500 m above sea level. in well-ventilated vineyards. The production soil is rich in minerals, formed from sediments from the glacial era.

Winemaking
The harvest takes place manually in small containers for transport to the cellar. Delicate pressing and racking for natural sedimentation of the must. Controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel vats and aging on fine yeasts in stainless steel tanks.

Sensory notes and suggestions
Pinot Grigio produces small bunches of rust-coloured, almost brownish grapes. Pinot Bianco and Grigio grapes are sometimes found on the same vine, which belong to the same family as the Pinot of Burgundy. Its flavor is delicate and soft. It goes very well with asparagus, fish and delicate meats.
