Brought to Alto Adige in the 19th century by Archduke John of Austria, Riesling is part of the list of the most refined and elegant white wines. Unlike German Rieslings, South Tyrolean ones are offered in a dry version and with a low residual sugar.

Production area: slopes around Bolzano and in the Isarco Valley at 500 m above sea level.
Harvest: early to mid-October
Winemaking: soft pressing of selected grapes, fermentation at controlled temperature and maturation in steel tanks to maintain the freshness of the wine

Bouquet: hints of peach, pear, grapefruit, apricot and apple with a light ethereal note
Taste: dry, mineral, elegant
Perfect pairing to accompany fish, crustaceans and molluscs such as scallops. Excellent with poultry, white meats and cheeses
