Cultivation area: warm, well-ventilated plots between 500 and 750 m above sea level. in the Renon and Leitach area
September harvest
Vinification: fermentation in wooden barrels, aging for about 1 year in barrique, further maturation in the bottle
Characteristics Color: intense ruby red
Bouquet: spicy, cinnamon, black pepper and cloves, supported by ripe red fruit, black cherry and plum
Taste: noble and elegant tannins contribute with the mineral part to a pleasant complexity
Pairing with roasts, game, saddle of venison, intense mature cheeses
