Production Area: Steep slopes in the Bolzano basin
Harvest: Second half of September, varieties harvested separately by hand and placed in small containers

Vinification: The selected grapes are delicately pressed, fermentation and elevation in steel to preserve all the Dolomite freshness

Characteristics:

Straw color with greenish veins

Bouquet: It is expressed with delicate and fresh floral and fruity notes, a pleasant and delicate aromatic note

Taste: It expresses itself with typical South Tyrolean freshness, good freshness and persistence

Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif and to accompany cheeses, white meats and fish dishes
