The color is lively, light yellow, with slight greenish reflections. On the nose the aromas are reminiscent of gooseberry and blackcurrant, with a slight hint of elderberry and nuances of nettle and flint.
On the palate it is lively, has a fresh character with a well-balanced acidity. The fruity and floral aromas are confirmed on the palate and give the wine its true character.

SOIL
Conglomerate of clay, lime, porphyry and fine gravel.
VINIFICATION
The grapes are lightly pressed, and the skins remain in contact with the must for about 8 hours before pressing. The must is then separated from the residues through natural precipitation and then left to ferment at a
controlled temperature.
