To create its sweets, the Fabrique du Panforte draws from the past the original recipes of the Sienese confectionery tradition inherited from the masters of panforte. With the awareness that the products of the table are part of the culture and lifestyle of a community, Sienese sweets also represent the distinctive signs of the character, culture and lifestyle of the Sienese: simple, sincere, original and natural.
