It was very fun to see Greg and Mitch spit in hops for hops, during the "public cotta" while Teo was staring at his side almost as a sacrilege !!! The result? A SUPER BALADIN from the "arrogant" but very well balanced with the caramel nature of the original so as to create a totally unique and very attractive mélange. The alcoholic gradation (the usual eight degrees) gives it the aura of "important beer" while the inevitable hop fragrances make it certainly more "fresh" and grubby.
