Our way of doing... FRUIT BEER


A beer with rosy tones tending towards violet, with a clear and light foam. Its perfume is full of sweet and fresh notes of white flowers and strawberry grapes. Its taste is a combination of smooth plum notes and slightly winey aromas, supported by a pleasant and light acidity that makes this beer very easy to drink and hides its alcohol content.

The finish is characterized by the freshness brought by the notes of pepper which integrates perfectly with the delicate hints of cereals used in the production process.

Ingredients

Water, barley malt, plum puree (18.5% - from Soc. Agr. San Pietro), spelt, wheat malt, wheat, rye, buckwheat, hops, spice mix, citrus peel and aromatic plants in variable proportion, sugar, yeast.
