In 1914 it was founded the city of Forte dei Marmi and this beer celebrates its centenary. Produced using ancient varieties of wheat also, this Wit looks pale yellow and opalescent. Thanks to the refreshing spiciness given to her by bergamot peel, bitter orange and coriander, this beer will mitigate your thirst, and will unveil the gentle pleasure of grain enhancing aperitif but especially raw fish and shellfish, fries, vegetables, white meats and fresh cheeses.
