The "Zero" is the Prime Meridian, which passes through Greenwich, London on overlooking hills. Amber from copper hues, on the nose the typical fruity notes of yeasts English mold. In the mouth they feel the caramel, dried fruit and toffee, expertly balanced by hopping that gives a slightly bitter end. Excellent as a simple drink, it combines perfectly with fresh cheeses, meats, risotto, grilled vegetables and roasted white meats.
