Elegant and enveloping, the savory note in this beer diminishes, leaving room for a rich bouquet of ripe fruit and more evolved scents of toasted and spicy fragrances.

TASTE:
Soft and intense with a dry and sour finish and a pleasant caramel aftertaste.

Here too, the highest quality malts, carefully roasted, give Birra Salinae Rouge a compact and persistent foam, where the notes of roasted malt give scents of candied fruit and coffee.

A mix of American and German hops balance the taste of this double malt.

The Salt of Cervia also present here, but in different doses, characterize the soft aftertaste but with a slightly savory finish, to give that touch of freshness that characterizes the two versions of Birra Salinae.

The savory note given to it by the sweet salt of Cervia that is perceived as a final aftertaste, makes Salinae represent in a glass of beer the authentic expression of the territory to which it belongs, the Romagna and the Adriatic Sea.
