INGREDIENTS: Barley malt, water, hops and yeasts. TYPE: Low fermentation light beer, fermented in the bottle.

CHARACTERISTICS AND COMBINATIONS: Easy to drink, it is not particularly bitter and goes well with the whole Italian cuisine throughout the meal. The characteristic turbidity is due to the presence of yeasts.

GRADATION: 5% vol. A beer made by the Craft Brewery with 18% barley and hops malt, 80% water, and 2% other spices, which give its lightness a fresh and herbaceous aftertaste. It is made with a first low temperature fermentation followed by a high temperature refermentation in the bottle.
