VINIFICATION: Soft pressing, static decantation of the must and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 10/12°C for approximately 20 days.
TRAINING SYSTEM: Simple Guyot with 8 buds per plant
COLOR: Pale straw yellow
FRAGRANCE: The scent is fruity and floral: hints of pineapple, banana, yellow peach intertwine with notes of broom, rose and sage.
PAIRING: Wine to be consumed as an aperitif and paired with light dishes, fish preparations and white meats. Serving temperature: 10°C
TASTE: The flavour, balanced and pleasant, adds delicately almondy sensations to the olfactory experience.
AGING: Aging in stainless steel for approximately three months.
