VINEYARD PROPERTY
Part of the grapes that go to make Moma Red are grown on this property, an ancient farm that had always been owned by the Curia di Bologna. Umberto Cesari purchased it over thirty years ago and built on it an ageing cellar, the Bottaia Ca’ Laurento. Today, the entire property is planted to specialised and experimental vineyards, managed in collaboration with the Department of Crop Sciences of the University of Bologna.
