AGING: 14 months in un-toasted Troncais barriques

To the eye appears a beautiful bright ruby red color, with shades tending to violet.

On the nose it opens with fresh and fruity scents, enriched with pleasant notes of the breast.

On the palate it is soft and velvety, with an extremely long finish.

Very elegant wine with excellent longevity potential: from 15 to 20 years.

Made with pure Sangiovese grapes, harvested at the end of September.

After vinification, the wine rests in barriques of unpolished woods from the Tronçais forests for 14 months

Due to its characteristics, this wine is ideal in combination with red meat, embers or grill, and important roasts.
