Grape variety: Trebbiano Abruzzese
Vinification: soft grape crushing, vacuum pressing to extract only the free run juice, cold refinement of the musts. Each single must ferments in 100% new French oak barriques separately.
Ageing and evolution: After the alcolic and malolactic fermentation the wine refines in barriques for 3 months. The final assembly is done in stainless stell tanks where it ages for other 3 months before the bottling. Distribution starts in average after 18 months from the harvest.
