Sensory notes: Dense ruby, almost impenetrable, aromas of red fruits such as cherry and black currant, slightly vegetal and tasty if necessary. Bold but polite to the taste, boxer agile but always in balance; finally, it is completed with a firm and tonic tannin which then leaves space for a fresh trace.

Vinification: Gentle pressing and destemming of the grapes. Fermentation in steel vats with controlled temperature around 25-28 ° C with maceration of the grapes for about 10 days. Frequent punching down and pumping over took place during fermentation

Aging: After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in French oak barrels of various sizes for 12 months, after which the wine is bottled and aged in glass for a few months
before marketing
