Vinification: In truncated cone steel vats. Fulling (5 times a day) for one month. Pressing of the skins.

The wine is left on the lees until January of the following year and is then blended.

Aging: Medium / small size French oak for 9 months (second passage)

Aged: In bottle for 6 months

Tasting Notes:

Of a beautiful ruby ​​red veined with darker and brighter reflections, it presents itself to the nose with ample and elegant aromas of ripe red berry fruit, floral notes and notes that refer to the Mediterranean scrub and spices, nutmeg and pepper in particular. on a perfectly integrated noble wood base.

On the palate it shows a great balance between dense and fine tannins and a nice round and juicy fruit that gives it a long, deep and persistent finish.
