The wine
Villa Antinori Pinot Bianco comes from the best vineyards of Tenuta Monteloro, on the hills of Fiesole, behind Florence. An area rich in history and with a high vocation for white wines, where this historic label finds new expression.

Vinification
The harvested grapes, which were vinified separately by vineyard to preserve their territorial identity, were destemmed and softly pressed. The must was cooled to a temperature of 10 °C to favor its natural clarification. After 48 hours it was transferred to stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation took place at a temperature not exceeding 16°C. The wine was then stored in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 10 °C until bottling, which took place from the end of March 2022.

Villa Antinori comes from the best Pinot Bianco vineyards of Tenuta Monteloro, on the hills of Fiesole, behind Florence. A historic label of the Antinori family meets a new expression in this land, capable of narrating the harmony and sensations of an ancient territory suited to the production of white wines.

Tasting notes
Villa Antinori Pinot Bianco has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is intense: notes of tropical fruit, such as pineapple, are combined with pleasant sensations of pepper and nettle. On the palate it is fresh, lively and sapid, with a mineral finish.
