Vinification and ageing
The harvested grapes are taken to the cellar where i
bunches are carefully selected and
destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in
temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks
28°C (82°F) for 14-16 days and then the grapes come
press gently. Once completed the
malolactic fermentation, the wine is transferred
in Hungarian oak barrels, where it ages for 14
months.
Tasting notes
With an intense ruby red color, the wine expresses itself
on the nose with a complex bouquet of red fruits,
black cherry, aromatic herbs, tobacco and pepper. The wine
it is also characterized by a good structure and
with a soft finish.
Pairings
It goes perfectly with meats such as pork
roast, meatballs in tomato sauce, the
beef burgers and cheeses such as
goat cheese and blue cheese. To try
