Golden white wine, velvety and intense together although extreme in character with the scent of yellow peach and aromatic herbs. Citrus on the palate with light notes of vanilla.

Bianchello and Verdicchio
Training form:
spurred cordon and guyot.
Production and Harvest:
average production 1.5 / 2 kg per plant – late harvest
with careful selection of the grapes
Vinification:
short maceration of the grapes, soft pressing of the
pomace, cold static decantation, vinification in
white with fermentation at controlled temperature.
Aged in small oak barrels for 6-8 months and another 6
months in the bottle.
Pairings and Service:
elegantly accompanies elaborate fish, white meats,
seasoned cheeses, it is enhanced on truffles.
Serving temperature 14-16°C
