VINIFICATION: The bunches are harvested by hand and transferred into a mechanical press. Decanting lasts 24 to 48 hours at 10°C. Subsequently the must is decanted into stainless steel tanks where it ferments for 15-20 days at a controlled temperature (15-17 °C).
COLOR: Light yellow with green reflections.
FRAGRANCE: An explosion of aromas that recalls white roses and grapes.
PAIRING: Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany sushi or empanadas.
TASTE: On the palate it is floral, delicate, balanced with a good freshness.
