GRAPE VARIETY: Chardonnay 100%

COLOR: Straw yellow with lime green nuances.

PERFUME: One of the most complex Koonunga Hill. Predominantly stone fruit with hints of grilled white peaches and nectarines. Creamy nougat and cashews are born from the refined aging in French oak barrels, with a hint of almond biscuits.

TASTE: Stone fruit with hints of crunchy Granny Smith apple. There is an extraordinary fruit sweetness that gives a real juiciness on the palate, with a nice chalky finish that gives freshness to the structure. Linear and elegant at the same time. Nice texture and minerality.

AGING: In stainless steel tanks. Subsequently the wine ages in French oak barrels.
