From this international vine grown partly in the Quart and partly Jovençan vineyards, always with low environmental impact, we obtain a wine that manages to best express the unique characteristics of the Aosta Valley terroir.
We use yeasts selected on site and this allows us to have a decidedly soft wine but with good minerality which ensures preservation.
Tasting it you will find the fragrance of a wine from times gone by with great drinkability and above all no headaches even if you dare a few more glasses.
