Sensory profile Anas-Cëtta has a brilliant straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose it is fine and elegant, with good intensity; offers complex and persistent hints of wildflowers and aromatic herbs, citrus fruits and exotic fruits. In the mouth, the pleasantness of drinking, the flavor and the minerality that refresh the sip and continue long into the finish, with notes of acacia honey, sage and rosemary, are surprising. Suggestion: Pleasant and with a balanced structure, it goes well with vegetable dishes, white meats, fish and fresh cheeses. Serving temperature: 10 - 12°C.

Notes Anas-Cëtta is a historic wine from the municipality of Novello. Since the first micro-production dating back to 1994, the Elvio Cogno winery, with perseverance and great love for the Langa land, has returned it, from the memories of the elderly people of Novello, to the young people of the third millennium. Already mentioned in the second half of the nineteenth century in the wine chronicles of the time, it presents itself as a white wine of probable local origin, whose flavor recalls the great vines of warm environments, such as Vermentino.
