Winemaking
After about three months of drying in the fruit cellar, the grapes are destemmed and pressed. The "nectar" obtained is fermented in barriques, where it ages for 2 long years before being decanted into small 50 liter oak barrels. In the third year it is bottled and in the fifth year it is marketed.
