Soil: deep at the bottom of the slopes

Vineyard processing entirely manual.

Phytosanitary protection as from organic cultivation.

No use of chemical fertilizer.

Pneumatic pressing.

Fermentation on fine lees, in oak barrels, with regular batonnage.

Bottling after 18 months of refinement, 12 of which in barrels (30% new) and a light clarification.

On the nose it is elegant with floral and mineral hints.

The mouth is powerful and wide, with a nice balance.

Wine for aging (from 4 to 8 years).
