It is one of the so-called "international" red grape varieties. Today this vine spread throughout the world is cultivated in many regions of Italy. Sicily has probably been able to best interpret the Syrah vine, of which today it represents one of the best productions in the world in qualitative terms.

Aging: In steel, twelve months in barrique.
TASTING NOTES
Its aroma leads us to imagine berries (blackberries) and violet flowers.
The color is one of its main virtues, it is intense and deep, a red with shades that tend towards dark purple. In the mouth the flavor is that of a robust and well-structured wine; with an intense and fruity aroma with hints of small black fruits and spices, the black pepper stands out in particular. It has a good structure and persistence, it is soft and quite fresh with medium tannicity.
HOW IT COMBINED
Mature cheeses and meat, it is perfect with pasta with tomato sauce, excellent with game meat such as deer or wild boar and all baked red meat in general, as well as with meat stews. We can say that medium-strong flavors and Syrah are luxury allies. Serving temperature 16-20°C
