70% Pinot Noir – 20% Chardonnay – 10% Pinot Meunier

Our Brut reflects the grape variety of our vineyard, with a strong dominance of Pinot Noir: the Montagne de Reims where the estate is located with the villages of Ecueil, Sacy and Villers aux Noeuds classified as Premier Cru; the Ardre Valley with rather sunny slopes on the terroirs of Branscourt, Mery-Premecy and Treslon.

All processed in sustainable viticulture, labeled HVE3 and VDC. Depending on the bottling, the Brut is made up of the latest harvest, supplemented by reserve wines stored in thermoregulated vats or in 300-litre oak barrels (stainless steel tank for ou Soléra from 2010). This blend gives it its identity and its consistent style
