VINEYARDS: Chardonnay Pinot Nero and Pinot Meunier, which give freshness, structure and balance to the champagne respectively.

Up to forty percent of the old vintage wines are added to the vintage wines, the old reserve wines of at least ten years: this gives great harmony to the Maison's cuvée sans année, making them recognizable and unmistakable.

The aging lasts at least three years, much more than the fifteen months prescribed by the name, and takes place in crayères, labyrinthine shelters twenty meters deep, where the wine can age with patience and grace, and offer us a variety of aromas and flavors truly unforgettable .

Golden yellow, with a very fine and persistent perlage.

The nose expresses that depth that represents all the style of the Maison thanks to fruity notes of mango, apricot, pistachio and in general of dried fruit.

In the mouth it is dry, straight, bright, characterized by a lively mineral trace and a vehement acidity.

Closes with a very clean finish, which recalls the next sip.
