Assemblage slightly dominated by Chardonnay (35 - 40%) which gives the cuvée fresh and refined aromas.

Pinot Nero (30 - 35%) provides the backbone to this aerial wine and the Pinot Meunier (25 - 30%) provides the fruitiness.

Selection of refined territories, part of which are made of the great cru of the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims.

The presence of 20% of reserve wines brings the regularity and an aging time of over 3 years combined with a light dosage (10g / l) gives a complex and harmonious wine.

To the eye appear thin bubbles of pale color with reflections of white gold.

The nose releases aromas of fresh fruit (almond, fig, pear) and orange blossom.

The aeration reveals more mature notes of fresh bread and honey.

On the palate it immediately presents a fresh, soft, fruity and persistent finish.
