In 1979 with the release of Moonraker, Champagne Bollinger became the official champagne of the famous British secret agent.

The partnership has grown over time and today represents an important part of the heritage of both brands.

"It is with great pride that we celebrate 40 years of collaboration between Bollinger and James Bond, a tribute to the friendship that began in 1979 between my father Christian Bizot and the James Bond producer Cubby Broccoli.

On the occasion of the release of the upcoming film No Time To Die, the 25th episode of the James Bond saga, the Maison has created a 2011 vintage dedicated to 007, a limited edition inspired by the world of Bond. The black bottle is decorated with the number 25, formed from the titles of the previous films.

This atypical vintage inspired the Chef de Cave to create a unique champagne, made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes from the village of Aÿ. It is the first time that Bollinger produces a cuvée coming exclusively from this historic Cru, where the Maison has its headquarters since its inception in 1829. At Aÿ, the excellent harvest of 2011 gave birth to an articulated, powerful Pinot Nero and harmonious, fully expressed in this wine of character.
