Blend of the VZ15 edition: 100% Pinot Noir (Blanc de Noirs).
Main vineyard: Verzenay, in association with the vineyards of Aÿ, Bouzy e
Tauxières.
Base year: 2015.
Exclusive use of the cuvée.
Maturation: a maturation time in the cellar more than two times higher than
Denomination requirements.
Dosage: moderate, 7 grams per liter.

Elegance and crunchiness
of Verzenay's Pinot Noir.

FEELINGS
To the eye: a delicately shaded color with golden reflections.
On the nose: an attack with aromas of cherry stone, fruit jam and
dried figs. A rich and complex toasted and pastry scent follows,
accompanied by notes of pear and hawthorn.
On the palate: the fruity delicacy of this wine goes perfectly with the
its crunchiness, releasing a riot of flavors: peach and apricot enhanced by
notes of hazelnut and acacia flowers. A sublime aromatic richness that culminates
in a lively yuzu-toned finish.

PN VZ15 is a wine to be shared among enthusiasts, to appreciate the many
expressions of Pinot Noir from Champagne. In order to fully enhance the style
unique and aromas, we suggest serving PN VZ15 at a temperature between 8 and
10 ° C. You can enjoy PN VZ15 immediately, or choose to leave it
evolve in the cellar.

HISTORY
Pinot Noir represents one of the pillars of the Bollinger style, which he founded
its reputation for exalting the characteristics of this grape. There
cuvée PN, of which this 2020 is the first edition, is the result of numerous
studies on the taste of Pinot Noir and its various origins in the region of
Champagne. It helps to keep the tradition of this heritage alive e
to affirm the legendary Bollinger style - while demonstrating remarkable ability to reinvent itself every year.

This VZ15 edition represents a first interpretation of it. They will follow
others, with the aim of continuing to explore the multiple Bollinger terroirs.
