Cuvee n. 746 - Expression of the 2019 vintage

Grapes harvested in Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers (75%), Avize and Oiry (25%).

It is born from the assembly of 2019 vintage wines from dozens of parcels and is completed with some ‘vins de réserve’ stored for several years.

2019 - the winter is mild and dry,

spring marked by three major frost episodes with

damage especially on the Chardonnay and therefore ultimately

a dominant Pinot in this vintage. The summer is dry

episodes of heat waves that cause burns. Vintage

from 12 to 22 September, of exceptional quality with

very moderate yields. The wines are structured, balanced,

long and complex. Viticulture that respects the soil and

plant that serves the diversity of the plot. Vinification and

aging in vats on the lees without filtration or clarification
