The Perrier-Jouët vintage cuvées are now encased in a brand-new packaging.
Combining an aesthetic inspired by nature and our increasing concern for our environmental impact, Maison Perrier-Jouët has specially designed an elegant, minimalist case for its Belle Epoque Brut and Belle Epoque Rosé vintage cuvées.

A minimalist approach​
An ethereal case dressed in subtle shades, Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Cocoon was designed to reflect our understated approach. This very lightweight case weighs just 49 grams (i.e. 93% less than previous versions) and is made entirely from natural materials: paper pulp from sustainably managed, FSC-certified forests and 5% vine cuttings.

An extraordinarily harmonious vintage, an expression of vivacity and freshness.

Respecting the style of the Maison, Hervé Deschamps has created this cuvée to emphasize the unique character of the vintage.

Belle Epoque shows the great freshness with a dominant floral of the Chardonnays (50%) of Cramant, Avize and Chouilly. The Pinot Nero (45%) of Mailly, Verzy and Aÿ gives generosity and softness that go together with the roundness and balance of Pinot Meunier (5%) by Dizy.

The refinement of about 5 years in the cellars of the Maison and the content dosage (9gr / l) enrich Belle Epoque with elegance and refinement.

RESULT OF A VINTAGE CHARACTERIZED BY A CONTRASTING CLIMATE, THE CUVÉE BELLE EPOQUE IS LIVING AND CHARMING.
Thanks to a surprisingly warm winter climate, followed by a warm spring, we have witnessed a flowering principle slightly ahead of the norm.

The early harvest of the grapes, which took place in the last weeks of August, gave birth to a refined wine that made it possible to achieve an ideal balance between vivacity and freshness.

Appearance: Gold colored with radiant clarity, with fresh and light green reflections. Fine and persistent bubble.

Nose: Spring with hints of white flowers of acacia, lime and slight hints of honey. Fresh aromas of almond, peach and pear are wrapped in sweet nuances of candied citrus fruits.

Palate: A wine with a direct and decisive attack that highlights the aromas of white fruit. Balanced in the mouth, followed by a fresh, mineral and persistent finish.
