Rose' de Meunier

Today we produce our «Rosé d'Assemblage» with maturity
exclusively from our old Meunier vineyards. With the different vinifications,
we manage to obtain a perfect combination of Fruit, Complexity, Structure and Freshness…

Cultivation practices: the cultivation of vines respecting nature.
Influenced by ecological methods. Vines approximately 30 years old.

Assembly:
• 100% Pinot Meunier:
-30% Maceration
- 10% Red Wine
- 60% White Wine. (40% of reserve wines aged in
barrels)

Winemaking:
•Hand-harvested at full ripeness, with traditional pressing.
• Alcoholic fermentation in vats, foudres and barrels.
• Malolactic fermentation partially carried out.
• Aging on fine lees.

Dosage: manual disgorgement. 2.5 Gr/l

- Antonio Galloni: The NV Extra Brut Rosé de Meunier is
dazzling. Rich but concentrated, with superb depth, Laherte's Extra Brut
Rosé is a magical champagne in every sense. Orange peel, sweet red
berries, cranberry, mint and chalk are some of the many flavors
and flavors that develop as this breathtaking champagne shows off
his pedigree. In a word: magical. 94/100
