Here we find the best connotations of Chardonnay at Villers-Marmery, where the older vines give greater depth.

The period of aging on the yeasts is at least 36 months.

An enclave of white grapes, in the red Montagne of Reims: Villers-Marmery and Trépail are the two villages that deny the dominance of Pinot Noir, in favor of Chardonnay.
